Sorber did a great job of responding to my A/C outage. It went down on Mother's day, and Summer took my call on that day. The following day, Santos arrived in the afternoon and had my system back up in an hour. Diagnosed the issue, made sound recommendations to repair the unit, and didn't try to upsell me to spend money that wasn't necessary. I would highly recommend them to anyone, and I'm not the type of person to make recommendations. Thank you, Summer and Santos! Service: A/C system repair

Highly Recommend these guys! Incredible service, Curtis & Summer are on top of it. The communication was some of the best I've experienced in a long time. Curtis fixed our heating system the day before these crazy storms! Which truthfully saved us from having to use heaters. There was even another part afterwords that needed to be replaced and he came during the storm. I like the family feel to a business and these guys have that and the professional side of things nailed. We had some good conversation during the work and Keenan I believe his name shared a bible verse that meant a lot to me. Thank you for the service. Sorber Mechanical was professional, friendly and prompt. Our system went out during the heat wave in Sept 2022 and they got us on the schedule within 2-3 days. They had the old system out and the new one installed in the same day. No sales tactics, no pressure. Summer is outstanding in the front office and Guy and Curtis were consummate professionals as was their crew. We would absolutely recommend them to anyone without reservation! Sorber Mechanical just completed a full HVAC replacement for us replacing our gas furnace with new heat pumps - one for downstairs and one for upstairs. We could not be happier with our overall experience. From the time that Guy came to my home to meet me to when the crew left after completing the work, the whole process was efficient and pleasant. Guy provided me with several options that are available based on what I needed, walked me through the process, explained what I can expect, and provided a fair price for the work to be done. They are also a SMUD approved contractor so I was eligible for a SMUD rebate (x2) that they applied directly to my invoice so that I did not have to deal rebates. Once I agreed with their proposal, they scheduled the work the following week. The crew that came to do the work was professional, courteous, and were always working hard through the 4 full days they were here. They protected my floors, the closet where the access was, and always cleaned up at the end of the day before they left. They were here on time at 8am and stayed until around 5pm each day. Did I mention they were always working hard when they were here? We could not be more pleased with our new system, the crew who put it in, and our overall experience with Sorber. This is a local, family owned business and it shows. Guy is involved in the community and works closely with students at Folsom HS, including coaching the golf team. In addition to Guy, I was able to interact with Summer via text and email, and she was always very pleasant and quick to respond. This is a business I trust and can get behind. Sorber Mechanical is a fantastic company to work with. They are family owned and incredibly knowledgeable. I highly recommend them! They are fast, efficient, and honest. I received over 10 bids and only Sorber really listened to the details of what I wanted. They gave me a great bid and came up with a creative solution to installing a new AC system in my house.
