Canyon Terrace Apartments

Worst place to live here. Management is really bad show attitude didn't ever bother to greet when enter the office. You have to say please to get answers otherwise they will leave in middle of conversation for lunch. Construction is so loud workers shouting dust everywhere it's like living in hell. After renewal of lease they started to send notices to remove everything from patios like lights, privacy screens/curtains because they said its common area. NOW workers can watch you while you are trying to relax IN your patio and remove ring door bells so you wouldn't have any proofs if someone enter your apartment. All day you will hear loud trucks and heavy machinery sounds and loud bangs. If you work from home this place is definitely not for you. Rent is way high what this place has become. Last year due to workers everyother day electricity and internet cut off without any notice. Shutoff water and still doing this year. Now also have people move their car from assign parking again due to construction and give them assign parking more further from there buildings. And if you have 2 cars good luck finding parking then. And don't expect great views from balcony/patio.

Lived here about 10 months so far, lots of construction but they have been as accommodating as possible for us and I appreciate that.

My family and I moved in towards the ending of March 2023 and weve had nothing but an amazing experience with Canyon Terrace! When we moved in, Jorge was an amazing help, he worked with us and made it super easy and helped us find the right spot. Definitely recommend!! The apartments are beautiful inside and out. You wont be disappointed!

Do not move here! Break ins, terrible construction conditions and burglary. Ive rented and have lived in various locations and states. This was by far the worst experience Ive ever had. When I first moved in (Feb 2023) the construction wasnt as bad but soon then after they shut down one of the entrances. Started to tear up everything up working on Saturdays with heavy construction. The new apartments now tower over the other buildings covering sun and light. During my duration into this complex my apartment was burglarized, the window was smashed and the burglar or burglars ransacked my apartment. This complex has no cameras or security. A month prior to my apartment being broken into my work truck was also broken into. The condition of the these apartments seems to be diminishing as they raise prices. I personally wouldnt want my worst enemy to live here. I moved out one year later and never looked back.
