Hit a deer. Made a claim. Had to wait 20-30 minutes in lobby to be seen & vehicle inspection was only visual with a mild test drive. I explained things I heard & felt to be different since the deer incident while driving to Folsom Toyota Colision Shop. Was told they'd know more once parts are being removed. I hope so! Told parts are on back order could be 3-4 weeks out. Glad vehicle is safe enough to drive, but I'm not gonna drive much because I don't trust visual inspections. So will minimize my driving until parts are in & schedule repair date. I elected to have Toyota dealership handle collision repairs as it's my first issue on vehicle & I trust the dealership to know their product inside/outside.

After our experience with them I would never take my Toyota anywhere else. They worked with our insurance and made the process very easy and were very transparent and communicative throughout the entire repair process and ensured our satisfaction with the repair. They are pretty backed up and there is good reason for that, but I will say it's worth the wait. The repair quality and using OEM parts is worth the wait!
