Our car battery needed replacing the day before a scheduled trip, and that day was a federal holiday. Fortunately, Folsom Automotive was open. Sara got us scheduled that day and our car was ready to go by 10am the next morning in plenty of time for our trip. Sara is extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. Excellent service provided from scheduling to giving progress report and completion of work. So nice to see that my car didn't sit on their lot for days or weeks before it got serviced. Very fair price for the job. You get immediate attention from the owner as he stands by his auto repair shop. Suggest you call for an appointment first as they often times are busy. Excellent service! I feel comfortable taking my car to Folsom Automotive because it's a female owned business and I dont feel pressured to add on non essential repairs. Results of the car's inspection are available online, it helps to see them visually instead of being told about them over the phone. They offer financing and let me drive their loaner car. I will definitely be taking my car here for all future repairs
