FLB Entertainment Center

It was expensive. 43 for an hour, just me and a friend. But everything is expensive and it was a lot of fun. The employees were awesome. Nice and helpful. They made sure to be around but didn't disrupt our fun. The music was odd. It started with upbeat music (appreciated) and then suddenly fell into sad, slow music, which just killed the fun vibe.

Non refundable reservations. It might state no refunds online but booking online its just so quick and you don't really have time to read everything. When I called in about the cancelation I was met with an attitude like as of I was the 100th person to call about this issue. This is my first time calling and I've never even been to this establishment. This is no way to treat first time customers. All I have to say is whomever is answering phone should not be answering the phone. They will ruin your business. Call was made at 3:50pm on 4-7-2023

Would be 5 star but the lady at the front counter was super rude.  Can y'all get rid of her. She is bringing a negative experience for sure.
