The young lady who claimed to be the assistant manager with the pink curly hair was so rude, she seemed irritated when she greeted us as we walked in and could not wait to get away from us as we asked questions about job openings and merchandise. I will never shop at this location again because of their rude employees. I will also never be applying to a job here, because they hire people who are rude and do not have any social sense. If youre hiring people, you should be able to talk to people with kindness and manners. This whole experience has ruined in store shopping at Hot Topic for me, because i have no desire to support someones paycheck who cant even treat people with manners and respect. This woman seemed disgusted by the sight of me walking into the store she worked at, and when asked for the store manager she claimed to be so (at the time). She is the assistant manager, not the store manager. If these are the people you choose to promote at this establishment, i don't think id ever like to shop there. This is also not the first review where ive seen complaints about employees. Hot Topic Folsom needs to get their stuff together or their location closed.
