In October of 2021 we went in search of a mortgage lender who had experience and knowledge with our situation with my husband being in the union. I can't even begin to describe the professionalism that Cheng and her team showed my husband and I throughout the entire process. Cheng worked hard to get us the best loan package available and kept us informed every step of the way. In fact my realtor said it was the easiest closing he has had as far as the loan process was concerned. We cant thank Cheng enough for her generous help and so grateful for her support over the last few months. Since day 1 she welcomed our family with open arms. Her goal was to help us find a home and knew how important it was for our family. We toured over 15 homes, made multiple offers. It wasnt an easy process and times I felt defeated telling myself Ill never find a home. Cheng tho she was our cheerleader who didnt give up, she reminded us it's ok and continued back on the drawing board to look at more homes. Regardless how much setbacks we encountered she was always there to support and reminded us there is a home out there for you.
