Outstanding experience. Used this company on a referral from my real estate agent. They were creative when Wells Fargo said I couldn't buy the home I wanted, even with outstanding credit, and everything else in my favor. Great, quick communication, outstanding service. Anthony and Brent were amazing, Rebekah was outstanding, just great from start to finish. And what a finish... They even sent a house warming present and personalized "I've moved" post cards! Definitely recommend. I've bought many houses on the east coast and west, and this was one of the easiest experiences I've had. Thanks!

Wow! Where do I begin? We were looking to buy the house we had been renting for the past 8 years and already considered our home and I was nervous that we couldn't do it. Moreover it was a for sale by owner situation and working without an agent meant I was on my own. Or so I thought. Luckily I was referred to Finance of America Mortgage and found myself speaking with Mark. He settled my nerves and explained things to me step by step, he ACTUALLY listened and gave me pointers and tips, he took the time to make sure I understood the process. Never once did I feel rushed or set aside as I did when attempting to deal with our credit union or other lenders who took days to even call back. And by the way your bank doesn't have access to nearly the amount of products that a mortgage lender can offer you. Mark was always responsive to my voicemails and emails, not sure when this guy eats, let alone sleeps. What else can I say except that I highly recommend Mark and the team from Brent Wilson's office! Genuine and good people who can help you become a homeowner too :-)

We recently had the privilege of working with Eric Haya to sell our home in El Dorado Hills. Our home which was a 5 bedroom with 5000 sq ft and sat on an acre lot would need to be sold to a discerning buyer who understood that even at 1.275M, they were making a good investment. Eric went above and beyond during the entire process. This included meeting with inspectors, doing the background work, gathering supporting comps, understanding the key value and aspects of my specific neighborhood, and a total of nine open houses. I think I would say that the open houses alone were a show of commitment rarely seen in the efforts of most Real Estate agents. Most sellers generally agree that the commissions they have to pay rarely if ever equal the work put into the sale process by agents. Eric Haya separates himself here from his peers and I felt he earned every dollar of his commission. I also feel that my ability to realize my asking price was directly connected to his hard work.
