I can't say enough about the great service at Folsom Lawn & Power Equipment! I have been in a few times where the staff was able to assist with equipment that wasn't working (usually because of operator error) and they help me immediatly and get me back to work. When operator error, they have taken the time to teach me. Anazing! Special shout out for Russ that helped me yesterday with a new chain saw that I was given (not purchased there) and wasn't able to start. He got it going and showed me how to do it. These guys are GREAT and the customer service is exceptional! I wouldn't go anywhere else! Thank you Folsom Lawn & Power Equipment! I truly appreciate you guys.

These guys know their equipment!!! When you go in looking to buy equipment, Mike listens to your needs, then tells you the pluses and minuses of different pieces of equipment to fit your needs. I have bought a ton of equipment from here, including a wood chipper and multiple chainsaws. They never try to over-sell you anything. I have been going here for years and will continue for years to come. These guys are an excellent small business shop, with amazing customer service.

Michael takes the time to talk to the customer. Explain what's going to be done explain what parts are needed and gives a good estimate. Once parts are in, Mike follows up to schedule. If you have any lawn or power equipment that you need repaired or replaced, this is the place to go. As I say, you only get what you pay for and what I pay for there is always good service and expeditious repairs.
