My in-laws used Innovative Tax Solutions.  My father-in-law dropped off their 2020 taxes to be prepared and passed away suddenly a week later.  My mother in law and I have both called numerous times to ask if we needed to do anything differently, and they said yes, they would have Kylie call us back.  After calling every day, 10 days later we still haven't been able to speak to anyone about it, and taxes have not been prepared.   We are beyond frustrated.  I am leaving for 2 weeks and now have to scramble to drive an hour to pick up their paperwork to have someone else prepare the taxes.  I understand it is the busy season for them - but really?   Either hire more people, or limit the amount of clients you accept so you can provide a quality service.

I couldn't file taxes for 4 years due to serious health issues. I finally am somewhat functional Now and I wanted to get my tax nightmare, awaiting me, started in getting it resolved. I had an extremely complicated situation and after 3 full days spent trying to get the information I needed to get started AND getting no information to help me, I reached out to Innovative Tax Solutions. They are my miracle! I spent a LONG time relaying my situation and they agreed that I would never be able to address and resolve my situation on my own. I paid a ridiculously low fee to Innovative Tax Solutions and signed the contract and power of attorney and they got to work. It would take 10 days for them to pull all my prior years tax documents from the IRS and review all the tax documents AND come up with a plan to help me. I was terrified to get their call because I knew I was "IRS" SCREWED! I got that call and waited to hear what I owed in back taxes, penalties, fines and god knows what else. I heard none of that, I heard his smile over the phone as I was informed that I was good, didn't owe a penny and wouldn't for any of the 4 years. Ok so, you need a miracle like I did? Go to Innovative Tax Solutions for yours, they gave me mine. There IS no one better, I promise! Thank you guys at Innovative Tax Solutions!

Great place to get your taxes prepared. Knowledgeable staff and the customer service is extremely professional. Prices for preparation are competitive with other agencies and fair. I've referred a number of people here, and they're all satisfied. I will continue to use ITS for as long as possible.
