When I couldn't get hired by anyone, Beacon Hill Staffing Saved the day! Isabella Krider reached out to me from Indeed, I landed My dream job at Golden1 Credit Union Headquaters! I have been there going on three weeks and I feel confident that I will go permeant with Golden, and I couldn't do it without Isabella. The process was smooth then 3 hiccups at the lab, preemployment, Kept pushing back my start date. I was getting Frustrated and almost hopeless. Courtney and Isabella rallied around me and got me to calm down and trust the process. I love what I do and who I work with as peers, management and company as a whole. I'm glad I choose first to be staffed by Beacon, second to be employed with Golden 1 Credit Union! I love my Supervisor Marino and Manager Erika, Heck my whole Company is amazing! I love how they are active in Homeless Youth Community Donating Time, Money and Good Vibes to elevate this epidemic. I am an past foster care kid and homeless youth, and with Golden1 Credit Union These kids will have a great amazing and thriving Present and future lives. TL;DR: Beacon Hill Staffing is pretty great and reached out to me a second time after the first opportunity hadn't worked out. There was a mutual respect maintained throughout both processes and I thank recruiter Quincey Gieck for providing that experience. Beacon Hill Staffing are the only recruiters in my experience during my job search that had my best interest in mind. I had the pleasure of working with Quincey Gieck as my primary contact and originally they had reached out to me regarding a position open with one of their accounts, but it unfortunately got closed due to that accounts budget. Quincey was super nice and let me know that she would keep me in mind and contact me again if anything came up that she thought I'd be a good fit for. A few months later, her word was kept; Quincey once again reached out to me with excitement and care, telling me about the available position (which I'm currently in!) Everyone has been very good with communication thus far and Quincey has been very quick to respond to my texts or occasional urgent calls. My only complaint would have to be the poor timing of the first opportunity since a lot of the staff ended up going on vacation (understandably since it was around some major holidays) or doing something business related for a little while and so I thought I had just been ghosted by a recruiting agency. This assumption was not the case though and there was a mutual respect held between me and the staff that I put a high value on! Overall, learn from my lesson and be patient if possible, but of course keep your options open because nothing is guaranteed and no-one is at fault. (But seriously, if you can, try and get Quincey - She's cool and more importantly responsive. I haven't had a lot of experience with other staff other than 2 people who worked directly with accounts.)
