        I did not appreciate the level of un professionalism of Maria Herrera. She is extremely rude and condescending. I made her aware of a legitimate and reasonable concern and she proceeded to fwd. and constantly hang up on my calls. It is disappointing that a business owner stooped to that level of immaturity. I have made my complaint with the DOI and BBB. I hope Farmers terminates her contract due to her bad Manners and Ethics.
