        Bought a AO Smith water heater from there 5 years ago that started to leak. AO Smith authorized an exchange since it was still under warranty but Reece was giving a hard time since we didnt have the receipt. They waited 2-3 hours and then after multiple calls they said itll be a $450 return fee!! AO Smith said to try FergusonFerguson plumbing swapped it, no questions asked!! I know where Ill be going for any future plumbing needs

        Always friendly ready to help staff members, 90% of the time have everything I need I only say 90% because sometimes I've gone in and they may not have 1 or 2 items or all of the quantity for one item. But one of the better suppliers in the industry in my opinion!
