        I highly recommend Dr. Patel. My wife, parents, and I have been his patients for over six years now, and we couldn't be happier. The front desk and the entire staff are also wonderful and always so kind and very helpful.

        Unfortunately with cal optima PCPs are hard to find. Dr. Patel tries to argue with me about meds I've been on for years, uses my own words out of context to deny me (non narcotic) medication and instead recommends invasive treatments or makes it someone elses burden (in addition to mine) by trying to refer me to someone else for something he could easily do himself. He pays very little attention to my medical records, and the amount of time i actually see him specifically is typically less than 5 minutes and I always feel I'm being rushed. Gives 3 month scripts without explaining they are 3 month scripts which resulted in some confusion on my part. Overall not a pleasant person and I feel doesn't respect me or take my problems seriously.
