The overpriced mustard I bought was near the expire date and thick like a paste, no good. Disappointed after spending $30 on 3 small bottles of mustard and spread.

Hello, my name is Michelle Beach. I had the pleasure of visiting your shop and buying some jewelry and jams a few months back. But I have an issue with the clerk at the counter. I dont know her name but she had blonde hair and was quite rude! My daughter and came into your store to look around and saw some wonderful things that we liked. We bought some jams and I bought some jewelry for my daughter. While I was purchasing those items I had mentioned to the clerk what a wonderful store this was. I told her I would recommend her store to my friends and family because it was such a delight. But right after I said this she replied weve been here for 30 years we dont need your recommendations! With a mean look on her face and wouldnt even look me in the eyes. She dismissed me rudely as I said well, thank you. I was polite to her and I expected the same courteousy. I was stunned at her remarks and behavior. My daughter was shocked. I couldnt believe she said such a thing. I was so courteous and nice and wanted to refer your store to others. But I cant do that now. Her customer service skills were awful! To say the least. Why would she say such a thing when I had complemented the store and told her I would pass on the news about what a great shop it was?? I dont think youll be back in your shop. Which is too bad because there are some lovely items there and it brought us to this beautiful area.
