        If I could put zero stars I would. This is probably the worst experience our family has ever had here, when weve gone here for as long as I can remember. They knew they messed something up on our vehicle, We brought there and wont take consideration for it. If you drive a manual vehicle dont take it there because clearly no one knows how to properly drive one and blew out our clutch. They were just going on and on about how theyve made a name for themselves. We will not be returning to this business ever again. They charged us out the a** and then felt the need to top off our fluids and charge us for it when we didnt ask for it. What we were quoted for the repair was different from what we ended up paying.

        They are thorough, and give frequent updates. Rochas is the best at what they do. I have taken my vehicle in twice now and the service has been top notch.

      Savanah- I'm sorry you felt the need to leave this review. When your dads 1995 Toyota was towed into our shop because the upper/ lower ball joints had completely come apart causing the left front wheel to fall off of the vehicle. The vehicle was not drivable before the authorized repairs were done. Once the repairs to the front suspension, steering , axle, and brakes were complete , we attempted a test drive . The technician noted when pulling out of the stall that the clutch pedal release was extremely low and the throw out bearing was noisy. We did let you know about this upon pick up of the vehicle. As far as the charging for the fluids is concerned. We needed to add 1 gallon of Coolant due to the leaking Radiator . We had to bleed the brakes after replacing the front brake line and we had to refill the gear oil in the front differential after replacing the left front axle. Unfortunately, we have to purchase these fluids and these are standard in being charged as part of the repair . We work on and drive manual transmission vehicles daily and are well versed in how they operate. I understand that we will no longer be the shop you choose in the future but wanted to be able to explain as I was unable to when you where here. Angie Rocha
