Randy is absolutely amazing and responds to maintenance requests very fast. Once he arrived, he verified the fixes needed and notified me when he stepped out to grab more parts. His commitment to customer success is evident as he stayed to check his work with us. However, I need to remove a star due to the management of this apartment. I hope they and corporate improve worker benefits and pay so that amazing people can stay.
