First, they were hard to get a hold of. Second, they did not show up for the first appointment. Third, they were late for the appointment by over an hour with no call. Fourth, Groupon ad was poorly written. Fifth, the company website is incomplete and / or not filled out. Sixth, the company is over two years old and has no reviews. (Huge RED flags!)
Bought a Groupon and unfortunately Workhorse Detail Solutions did not want to honor the Groupon. The company did not return my first two phone calls and messages, and finally had to text them. They missed our first appointment without ever notifying me. It was raining lightly that day but we texted about that, so no reason not to show up and certainly not a reason not to call or at least text. Company owner was over an hour late to the appointment without notifying me. The Groupon ad was poorly written with almost no information or details as to what was covered; just bare minimum info. (Which I brought up to the owner in person, and he admitted the ad could have been clearer.) The owner told me to cancel my Groupon and pay him directly the SAME amount as the Groupon because he did not make enough on Groupon. Since Workhorse Detail Solutions has no reviews here on Google Maps, or on Yelp or on Groupon. Business seems to have started on or around 10/23/2020 and yet still has no reviews, EEK! The company website had parts that are incomplete or not completely filled out as of 4/14/2023. Website could be more clearly written with additional details. Website is very lacking and needs an update. Canceled my order with Groupon for Workhorse Detail Solutions and went with another company that has lots of reviews. Services: Seat shampooing, Steam cleaning, Wheel washing, Clay bar treatment, Full body wash, Auto detailing, Auto interior vacuuming, Car waxing
