George Nguyen(Global Direct Lending) is an awesome loan agent. He worked with me and got a fast refinance at a better rate than any other company. He is very honest and attentive. During the course of my father attempting to refinance his home mortgage through GDRealty, my wife and I were asked to provide bank statements as proof to show he was not responsible for a certain payment. My wife had specifically asked the processor, once our documents have been received for the necessary purposes, please delete the emails, as this is our personal financial statements.We discovered recently, these emails, with our attached statements, were forwarded to another party besides my father to request items from this person. We were able to confirm that this individual received an email request and our statements were in fact attached. I reached out to the processor (Linn) to advise what we discovered about our statements being forwarded to another party, and that we were not happy and we were going to file a complaint. She was unprofessional in her response, even in the course of her text messages, made a veiled threat against me, involving her son who is a supposed police officer. I have the entire conversation saved as proof and a complaint has been filed in addition with the BBB.

George @ Global Direct Realty and Lending, was recommended by a friend. I found George to be very friendly and very knowledgeable. While I have refinanced several times, this was the first time outside a national bank. George was responsive to our needs and answered all our questions day and night. Document requests were minimal as we have a lot of equity in our home and excellent credit scores. Because of a HELOC and a separate lien, two subordinations were required before we could submit the loan. That is a lot of extra paperwork, phone calls, time and effort by George. Those streamline mortgage ads with good rates are based on minimal effort by them. If you so much as mention a single subordination is required, they refuse outright and practically hang up on you. But, George stuck with us, got it done, locked a great rate, and came through with terms we are very happy with. Thank you again George.

George Nguyens main objective is to be an outstanding businessman and go strictly by the guideline . My experience with him as an office worker is hes well schooled and very educated in how he does business and how he handles employees, work environment is tremendous as well....
