Terrible experience with Al Williams and the entire team. First time buyer, we thought we were screened, income credit score was good. Got our approval letter put an offer down he ran the numbers we agreed offer accepted. Were in Escrow, thats when it all went downhill. Al kept changing the structure of our loan, several times without communicating what was changing and why. He just kept sending new docs to sign. Kept misplacing paperwork submitting wrong docs asking for the same docs over and over which cause us to not close on time. Seller wanted us to pay 100.00 a day for ea day outside of the close time. Last straw, we had a dispute on our credit(which should have been handled before we were in escrow) we needed to get removed before close. Lender said we did NOT need a rescore, I brought this to Als att and asked why he was doing it. He claimed he wanted to boost my husbands score by 2 pts(which wasnt nec because we already qualified otherwise we wouldnt have been IN escrow already). The rescore happens score come back dropped by 49 pts!!!!!! We no longer qualify for the loan and dont get the house. STAY AWAY FROM HIM AND HIS AGENT TANYA.
