Mason is fantastic. He has helped me with several plumming related issues at my home. Today, I came home to a massive leak in my kitchen and was panicked. My water valve was corroded so I could not turn off the water in the kitchen and my refrigerator was leaking. The wonderful people at Carlson had a plumber at my home within 20 minutes. Mason fixed the valve and the link very quickly and efficiently. The cost was more than reasonable. This company does not gouge you. The most reliable, trustworthy plumbers around. Five stars. I just had another wonderful experience with Ryan from Carlson today (04/06/2024). I flushed my keys down the toilet at the gym on a Saturday and Ryan worked his behind off trying to get my keys out of an industrial strength toilet. Mason and Ryan are the BEST! Best plumbers!!!! I've worked with Carlson Plumbing for years and they never disappoint! Kyle just finished replacing our hot water heater which just decided to fry its electronics for fun (fortunately still under warranty). Though the process took a couple of days (as to be expected since we had to determine if it was the electrical from the house or the heater itself), the process was painless (except for not having hot water showers the past 2 days). Working with Kyle and those at the office was seemless, and he is such a great guy and easy to work with.
