The Staff is great. We rented 4 Different Units at this location over 12 years. Before we left, and while waiting for our son to decide where he would be going to College, we had to move more items over which resulted in us having to get a second unit. Wendy, kept us up-to-date on units available and found one almost directly across from our unit, which made it convenient when it came to bringing items over. We only had the second unit for 2 months, but it certainly saved us. We were always treated with respect and the staff always answered any and all questions no matter how small. We were particularly impressed with On-Site Managers - Wendy and her Husband, friendly and helpful. We would highly recommend the Fountain Valley Location, Convivence, Safety and Friendly Helpful Staff
