I was referred to this branch and a gentleman named David, via my brother in law who had been going to him for 8 years or so. I had already filed my taxes for the year with my tax lady, but they didn't seem right to me so I had called on Friday 4/5/23 and spoke to another gentleman regarding my concerns. He set up a phone appointment with David for me (his name escapes me), and I received a text confirmation that same today, Friday, for an appointment at 3pm the following Sunday, the 7th. No phone call, no nothing. That is a terrible business practice. My return could have been amended if there was an issue, but I did not receive the call. Are phone appointments not treated the same? Or was that message not given to David? Either way, y'all are not very professional.
