Some of the employees with red vest treated customer badly. Tonight, April 10th at 19:33 self check out, by mistake I try to pay for wine, which it supposed be pay through cashier check out. The employee with red vest came to us and said," you should know this policy and.... " the other employee told him good cach. This person should talk to us better way. We forgot the policy and this person could help us to pay through cashier. He shouldn't make us feel embarrassed. We are customer for very long time and this is something costco should know about helping customers and teach employees to have better maner.

I may have visited over 50 Costco stores over 15 states, and I can tell you that Fountain Valley is one of the better store. I am not a big fan of the location but there aren't any other store closer to me. I love the staff and how helpful they are when you can find them. They will do some special cut of meat if they have time. I wish they will offer more vegetarian food choices. Update to my review 4/2024 We still love the store. Staff are nice and courteous and always willing to help. The quality of the products are better now that covid is over but prices have gone up a lot and we still find ourselves spending $200.00 easily. My only complaint are the berries from Mexico. We brought it home, washed them a couple of times and a couple of black berries still have pesticides taste to them. We tried to only buy fruit and vegetables from USA but sometimes you are in a hurry and don't have time to check out the packages. I believe the labels for the product should be larger and clearer to where the source of the products are from. Thank you!
