Travis is a great maintenance guy. Very timely, expert in what he does, and very responsive to the needs of tenants. Never had an issue he hasnt fixed in a timely manner.

Their answering system says they "value [my] time" but the call goes straight to voicemail and they don't return calls. I stopped by during their posted office hours and no one was around. Imagine how hard it will be to contact them if you rent here and need help. Take your money elsewhere, to a management company that cares.

Went to apply to their apartments back in February 2021. We toured an apartment and it was lovely. The unit looked well kept and nice so we decided to apply. The application process was kind of a mess when it came to figuring out what our move in costs would be. We kept getting conflicting information and in the end we chose not to move forward with lease signing because we felt very uncomfortable with the leasing office. By this time we had already paid the refundable $250 security deposit (to secure the apartment while we finished the application process). Getting the refund was such a hassle. I called multiple times and each time i was told i would get a call back with more information and I never got a call back. I called multiple times to update the mailing address and every time i called they still had the old address as the one to send the check to. After calling continuously and Emailing, i finally got my refund after 5 months... Not worth it.
