The Essex maintenance team strives really hard to provide best services to all the residents here. Special thanks to Jesus and his team for all the pain they take to provide a comfortable living .

Very bad move out and apartment transfer experience - hefty move out charges - no deposit back. I took an apartment transfer within same society at my end of lease term. Before moving out from my previous unit, a pre move out inspection was done and all looked good until about 10 days of the transfer when I received a bill in excess of $1400 towards carpet replacement and full paints both of which were no where discussed during pre move out inspection. Pre move out team had given us very good feedback that house looks much clean! Forget getting deposit back, instead being charged hefty undue charges. Raised issue with past resident support of Essex group which owns the property, however no real resolution until now even after providing pictures and sufficient explanations... almost 4 weeks post move out. Really depressing and frustrating, specially knowing that I am still a resident in another unit of the same building. We had booked our new unit even without seeing based on the good experience we had initially during the lease, however all has gone in vain. Conclusion - Best to avoid this property unless you are okay with hassles post move out. And always book only after physically inspecting the unit in DETAIL and take probably 100s of move in move out pictures for future reference at all possible angles.

I am living in this apartment since 2017. I want to give thanks to all maintenance team member (specially Jesus Hernandez) for their excellent service. Whenever I raised any issue, Jesus and his team fixed the issue . I also want to give thanks to apartment management for the "Resident App" which is very convenient.

Recently moved to the Boulevard apartments. Love the place and the vibes all around. The maintenance team especially Jesus has impeccable standards. Has been a savior on multiple occasions for every kind of break/fixes in the apartments. Kudos to him and the team
