        The maintenance team has been professional and responsive. Particularly Jay who goes above and beyond to get things done. He has been great with our needs and we've seen him address other issues to help maintain the property.

        I want to express my opinion about my experience at the Rexford Apartments and especially with the Maintenance team. When we arrived at the apartment we recognized that it was the best place for our next season of life. It had the perfect space and layout for us. During our stay, some appliances failed and every time the failure was reported the maintenance team came and resolved it. The one we know best in maintenance is Jorge, he is the one who usually came, he assisted us with great professionalism and resolved our issue very quickly. Thank you very much Jorge for your great help, you have been an important piece in making our stay at the Rexford apartments pleasant and very comfortable. Thanks also to the entire Esex team, our family has had very good experiences with you since we arrived in California.

        The Apartment's are very old. Apartment have a manual heater. All times we need to On and Off the Heater without knowing the Room temperatures. The service guys are not proper train. Two Ventilation Fan's keep running day and night. I have asked them to look because it is disturbing my sleep. The Service guys visited but nothing works and still it troubling in my sleep. I did contact management but no resolution. I have generated multiple tickets but never works done. The Rent is very high compare to other apartment's in this area. I am paying 2 bed 1 bath 3k. I am hoping my Lease get over soon and get out of this community.

        I wish I could give zero or negative to this management. Save yourself and dont lease here. Management at Rexford is HORRIBLE!! We opened a request almost a month ago regarding our washer dryer not working and management did NOTHING. They said they will get us new washer dryer but its been a month. Management wont update us so we literally have to chase them every day for updates. Please dont waste your money leasing at Rexford

      Ketan, Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback. You are correct that the heaters in the bedroom are manually turned on and off, the heater is built into the wall and does not have a thermostat. The ventilation fans you reference are whisper fans, they are meant to run continuously to prevent moisture.       Dear AJ, We acknowledge there is some validity in your feedback, please allow us the opportunity to share some facts on what happened. We did place an order for a new washer/dryer, however, there was a delay on the shipment. When we finally got a delivery date, the appliance did not arrive. We decided to order another washer/dryer from a different vendor, we understand when it arrived there was an issue with a noise coming from the dryer. We are now having to contact the manufacturer to troubleshoot. It's been an unfortunate string of mishaps which we did not have control over. Understand this has been a frustrating experience for us as well because when there is delay from our vendors, it affects the timeliness of service for our residents.
