CalColor Academy - Fremont

Calcolor is a very professional art academy for kids to go deeper into the field of visual art. All teachers hold an art degree from recognizable or top art schools, such as the Central Academy of Fine Art in China. At the same time it is also a place for kids to have fun. They have variety of topics from sketch, painting to digital. It is easy for kids to explore and find their true passions. My daughter started at a summer camp and has been with the academy for two years. I can see her growth almost every week. Every teacher who she has been with, Mr. Alvin, Mr. Sean, Ms. Michelle and Mr. Chao are so kind, knowledgeable and devoted. You can tell their great passion in both art and teaching! Highly recommended!

Calcolor Academy is a fantastic place to learn art at all levels. I have been in a variety of classes such as the painting class and portfolio development class, with great teachers such as Mr. Chao and Mr. Alvin. Additionally, I would also recommend the summer camp classes. I have personally won an award from Scholastic's Art and Writing competition for an artwork made during Calcolor's summer camp.

For the past three years, my daughter has flourished in her drawing classes at Calcolor Fremont. With the talented Mr. Alvin and Joseph as her instructors, her artistic skills have truly blossomed. This dedication was recognized at the scholastic art and writing competition, where she received a silver award last year and a gold award this year! Sincerely appreciate Calcolors professional guidance!

Calcolor Academy is a great place to teach kids and teenagers art. I have been learning art here for more than ten years and have never had a bad experience. I have learned all my art skills here, from drawing to painting to even printmaking. At one point, I even learned Chinese painting here. I have submitted the artwork I have drawn here and have won awards in art competitions like Scholastic. I highly suggest enrolling your kid in their classes. :))

Ms. Connie from the Newark campus is awesome. She is very inspiring and patient to the kids. My daughter loves her!
