Made me verify my identity so many times and ended up rejecting my application.

Security personnel was rude. He argued with me for 5 mins over appointment vs confirmation email. He later talked to the banker with whom i had an appointment. I reached 7 mins late and 5 mins spent arguing with security personnel. Had an appointment with Christina from 10am to 11am and she already took someone else on my place and asked me to come back later. This was so rude and i felt it was racism on display as well. It wouldnt have happened with any white/black dude.

Not a good branch if you are a business customer!! They require customers to order ahead if they are picking up coins. However for past three weeks, they have failed to pick up their customer service phone when called to order the coins. The person who identified himself as a manager said sometimes we are busy. Of course, that happens but when it happens everyday, it shows that the people at the higher ups set up a procedure but failed to see if the process that helps the customers or not. There are two or three people in the lobby (including the branch manager) to greet the customers but they say they are too busy to pick up the phone. Never had such issues at other Chase branches so the managers excuses for not providing good customer service is only the failure of the branch managers ability to run this operation. Feel sorry for the staff who have to sorry to customers and for business customers who bank at this branch.
