Most defiantly ZERO stars as this place is no longer open or if it is no one works there. There is a LARGE pink sign hung telling you to come in Niles mere feet away from the store that says they are open. Someone had to of put the sign out. Online and on google business says it is open and hours say until 6pm on Saturday. It is now 2pm. Phone number is no longer in service. Drove here sat for an hour and now am leaving

I have been calling and calling and No one answers the phone there. It goes straight to voicemail! I've even gone down a few times during "working hours and it's  Not Open. I've left messages but they're Never responded. I don't understand these new good comments since they're never opened but they really Need to Update online this place! Don't go running down and waisting your time because they Are Not Open!!PLEASE OWNERS UPDATE YOUR PAGES!!

4 people came to the show placed 2 sheets of order and no responded on the credit card invalid issue. Tried to call so many times and always voice mail. not a very serious buyer. Never trade with them anymore. You spent air tickets, hotel expense, time to order from the trade show and now what? cancel the order when we already packed everything and ready to ship? waste people time.

I love this store, I love Nicole - I recommend this boutique to everyone I know! I met Nicole when I first moved to Niles a year and half ago and went to her for a spray tan, it was literally like hanging out with a girlfriend - and she has become a friend over time. I have bought countless gifts - for friends adults and little ones - and Nicole always helps me get the right gift for the right occasion and then wraps it to perfection. My daughter loves her, my niece loves her - I can't say how fortunate we are to have this amazing boutique (with such an amazing owner) in the neighborhood!
