Alok Bhatia has led this organization in a way that is uncommon in the industry. Got paid on time without fail. People are not a mere number here. This company is driven by quality. In case someone wants to upgrade their skills or fill in the knowledge gaps, they have excellent learning programs such as PMP, CSM and SAFE, etc. Their commitment to quality is what impressed me.
