        Dr. Lai took care of everything including my insurance that was submitted late for pre-auth. The best about his professionalism, staff's friendliness, and environment coziness. Worry free when you go to Dr. Lai!

        Michael Lai is the worst dentist I have ever met. Please dont go there. He doesn't have the skills to extract wisdom teeth, but he is still doing it. It is horrible!!! They only want to use up your insurance and charge you a lot of money.

        Dr. Lai is a da man!I was feeling random pain with my left jaw and I did not know what to do. Instead of going to a random dentist, I called Dr. Lai's cell on a Saturday morning. Even though he did not pick up, I received a call an hour after leaving a message. I was scheduled with a same day urgent appointment and Dr. Lai took his time after hours to see what happened. After doing a quick check up and some x-rays, I was diagnosed with cavity on one of my wisdom teeth. Dr. Lai then gave me a referral to the best dentist in the Bay and I am so glad that he went above and beyond to help me.
