Bad Service. Such a hassle getting an appointment. They even forgot to book my appointment after I contacted them  Scheduling an appointment is also a hassle knowing that it needs to be made a year prior.

Dr. Herbert Chiu really an excellent dentist and he saved my husband's life. We really appreciate for Dr. Chiu's caring and his excellent experience that resolve my husband's teeth problems.  I am highly recommend this dentist to all my friends.           My husband is 92 and have been suffering denture and bridge problems due to bone shrinking. He couldn't chew without pain and just ate soft food. He has been losing over 10 pounds for a few months. We went to see a specialist and she suggested him to remove all 9 crowns and redo the whole mouth dentures. It will take at least 3 months time. The estimated was over Twenty three thousand dollars.  Then our good friends recommend Dr. Herbert Chiu to us for a second opinion. Dr. Chiu gave us an honest suggestions and work with the lab to add the denture and bridge thicker according to my husband's impression. After only one day denture waiting and 2 little adjustments, now my husband can chew normally without pain. Wow, if we know Dr. Chiu earlier, my husband would not be suffered for 4 years. Mostly, we only need to pay a small amount and get it done. We think he is the best dentist and will stay with him for all our dental care. Thank you very much.
