        The front staff at this clinic are extremely rude and disrespectful. I witnessed an interaction where an elderly asian woman struggled to communicate in English to the front staff about her appointment details while they whispered and laughed about her predicament, making no effort to help her. I would have expected better from a health clinic, do better
