This hotel might lean towards the pricier side, yet it fully justifies its cost. Concerns about safety, cleanliness, or service are nonexistent hereeverything operates at an exemplary level. I'd like to extend my personal gratitude to Faisal and Laura at the front desk for their outstanding service. Their level of assistance sets a benchmark I hope to see more widely adopted in the service sector. Many thanks to both of you for making my stay so enjoyable.

Safe location ! Safe parking ! Friendly staff! Stayed here for a week with the little ones! Housekeeping was great everytime we walked in and out of lobby was greeted! Clean!!! no homeless encampment around was a big plus when researching other hotels those were issues with cars getting broken into. Only thing I would say is even though it says no smoking in public areas they were smokers in front lobby. And the rooms I felt just needed better air circulation or filters since there's no windows for fresh air. I was on the 5th floor. Felt my nose stuffy everytime I came in . I Wish the tv was a smart tv also . Other then that this Will be my go to everytime I visit the bay area!!!! There's stores and restaurants nearby which is great! Close to freeway also!
