        Ustun turned out to be the rudest agent there could possibly be.. His work ethics are out of the norm.. His attitude makes it super hard to communicate with and he takes the longest to give out auto quotes.. It shouldn't take 2 days to get a quote back.. I was better off going online instead of spending 20 minutes on the phone..

        Been a customer for just over a year, through Progressive West Insurance. I've had to switch my policy from car to car, add drivers, etc, and every time I call I get to talk with Inan personally, and he takes care of things! He's a stand up guy and the rates are great. No complaints with any of my interactions. No accidents yet, so can comment on that. I recommend him and the agency.
