Brought in my recently purchased Tacoma with 26k miles for an oil change and tire rotation and balance. Was very disappointed when I picked up my truck. The engine cover was not installed, and a puddle of oil leaking from the truck. With no offer to look it over or clean it up I had to request they look at it before I drove off. I was assured there was no leak and the tech "missed the hole when topping it off" but sure thing the next morning there is an oil puddle in my driveway dripping from my skid plate. Also clear the tires were not rotated due to mud that was only on the rears(I had backed into mud puddle), but this remains the case fronts still clean and rears still muddy. The service writer also pushed for additional services ($1200 worth) such as transmission fluid flush, upon fact checking with a Toyota service rep it is not recommended until 90k miles for these services, so this was unbelievably premature. Would avoid this shop at all costs. Service: Oil change
