Actually I'm writing on behalf of my husband Harpreet Sandhu's behalf cause he was dealing with her but we all went thru lots of stress cause of her behavior and no responses. Kamna mittal had no regret for wasting our 2 months(May & Jun 2020), when we explained her that we are really running out of time. Our lease ending(Sep 2020), moving and wedding situations at home. When she started our loan application, she pre-approved us for $550K, after that we started looking for houses in that range. And at the same time my husband was trying to reach her but no proper respond. After 2 months, she told my husband that she tried her best and they can not approve us more than $30K. Seriously? I told my husband she might have said $300K, he came home and called her again to confirm.. $30K or $300K!!! She said, "$30K....!!! We all were really upset and asked her why did she hold us for 2 months and never told us anything before? Luckily we met another loan agent who made things happen super fast and legally approved us that we bought house in Manteca for $575K within 1&1/2 months.
