        I love pet food express except for the one in Fremont They never asked me for towels to dry my dog and regularly when there are no people waiting for the showers they sometimes give me extra time to dry him and they told me no First and last time in this store in Fremont

        Went there to give my giant breed dog a bath. This is not the store we normally go to, but went to this since we were close by and wanted to better use our time. Wrong decision! While the people were nice and friendly, the floors in the bath area were DIRTY and ill kept. It also did not have the same setup as our local Pet Food Express: 1) no treats to entice dogs while bathing 2) no timer for bath controls so you know how much time you have left 3) extra shampoo bottles were missing - you had to ask associates for extra shampoo 4) plastic collars had to be retrieved from cashier I will not go back to this location again.
