Had a really great experience buying our first home, and that is because of our agent Margo Hood! Margo is awesome. Her experience and knowledge of the process is second to none. She guided us every step of the way, explaining everything and patiently made sure that we found our perfect home. Tirelessly taking us to countless homes, offering opinions and listening to ours. She also was equally impressive helping us sell my parents house. Whether you are looking to buy or sell a home, I HIGHLY recommend you go with Margo Hood at Legacy Real Estate, she is the best!

Don't understand the other reviews, the results don't lie. Anita sold my dad's Glenmoor home in four days, at $135K over the asking price.   Her attention to staging the place made the house, sparkle.   Anita and her husband, Vijay recommended installing recessed lighting throughout the house.  What a difference, every room was well lit and make a 50 yr + home look modern, again. The marketing brochure with a great job of writing an attractive description was excellent.   Look no further,  I would highly recommend the Anita and Vijay team to help sell your place.

I want to start by saying how unprofessional their agent Kim Silva is. She works as an agent here and also does rental listing properties on the side. She does not care about her clients at all, nor does it seem to bother her as she never replied to my significant other and I twice via email. I understand that real estate / and working as leasing agent it is about commission but if you do not put your clients feelings into account and especially show it while being inconsiderate, it is beyond wrong.  She specifically let us know that we had a certain time frame to let her know if we wanted to move forward and we had sent her an email that same say saying to proceed. We did not hear from her that day nor the next day. After reaching out to her the next day her colleague then expressed to me that she had begun the process with another family. I expressed to him that we had sent her an email within the time frame. While on the phone he checked her email and let me know that she hadn't opened it. He then reassured me that everything was going to be resolved after I let him know that I didn't want her actions to affect us getting the house. We were then sent an email word by work from Kim "that our applications have been cancelled." It is sad and upsetting that she made my significant others and I experience of getting our first home together to start our family become such a horrible experience. If this is the way she treats, speak and makes her clients feel (inhumane) she is absolutely unfit for this job, especially for someone who runs their own business  on the side called Residential Property Services, Inc.

Awful. Absolutely awful. Pinky Sohal was the manager for our rental, and she was terrible to work with. She's a nice enough person, but absolutely incompetent. Every piece of paperwork she drew up had mistakes we had to correct. Wrong names, wrong address, wrong dates, wrong numbers. Every time.Trying to get repairs was a nightmare. Plumbing issue? Electrical issue? Mechanical issue? Each time, she'd send the same handyman who would not show up on time, or even on the right day, just to say "I can't fix this, you need a plumber / electrician / contractor."Then the owner decided to sell the place, and she consistently tried to violate the terms of our lease and the law. Insisting on showing the place without 24 hours notice. Insisting that we pack up our things for weeks on end so that they could stage the place for potential buyers. Insisting we get rid of our pets! That of course we were allowed to have under the lease.And just to top it off, terrible communicator. She only wanted to communicate over text message, and every thing she sent was barely comprehensible. Spelling and grammar mistakes.A terrible experience all around. Nice person. Terrible realtor.
