When they say that they are in the business of making dreams a reality, they mean it a 100%! Coz they truly made ours .. Going in to work with Omar & Walter, we knew we were going in with a lot of requirements in a home & that too in this competitive Bay area market. Both having decades of experience, they were continually guiding us through everyday house hunting not only with pro tips, suggestions, recommendations but also going out of their way to help us! It took about 4 months to close on a home which checked all of our criteria (wow! For Bay Area).. Cannot appreciate Walters persistence working with the Seller agents to work on a deal which made sense for all. Only because of his efforts & presence of mind we were able to avoid a lot of competition & get our dream house! Not only that, he worked tirelessly with the escrow company to help us close well before time!! I had the pleasure of having Omar as our buying agent. From the 1st day we met for an introductory session, till the time we moved into our new home, Omar had been totally dedicated in helping us in every step of the home buying process. Never rushed us for anything and always gave his honest feedback of the properties we looked up. Was always ready to spare his time to show us several homes in person, and clarify our many doubts and questions we had as a first time home buyers in the USA.
