THIS IS A SCAM. I signed my son up for winter camp to take place 12/20-23/21. We showed up to the camp at 8:45am with 5 other families on 12/20 and NO ONE WAS THERE. We tried calling them, no one answered. They called me at 10:30am to tell me the camp was cancelled!! I had to scramble to find an open camp for this week. RIDICULOUS.

Very disappointed. We did the program at a school in San Jose. My 5 year old did the robotics class. I would ask her daily how it went and she would express frustration and tell me no one helped her. She told me also sometimes she left without an iPad and a robot and she let to go wander. I reached out 3 times to the program and no one ever reached back. I did get emails saying they will have someone reach out because they take reviews and feedback seriously. Nope. Still waiting. What also was frustrating was they sent out an email saying it was the last week. The following week we go to pick her up and she’s not there. She was taken to robotics class. Phone number was non existent. Scary to not know where your 5 year old is.

We had a very frustrating experience with this camp. The drop off/pick up was extremely chaotic. They were supposed to do "stem learning " activities and play basketball but instead had the kids watching movies. Extremely disappointing and when we contacted customer service they were very unresponsive. We pulled the kids out after ONE day of camp instead of keeping them there that week.

Avoid this camp if you can afford. While the soccer session is cancelled, the camp just moved my kid to the Roblox session without my permission. When we found out and canceled the camp, camp office agreed on full refund. However, after more than two weeks, we are still struggling with the customer support specialist for the refund.
