I had a flat and my car had issue after issue. The guys worked hard to replace my tires and didnt complain, didnt add to labor, honored the price we agreed to and was super patient. I was please with their service.

This shop is the place to go. I had a blowout during my Amazon flex route in my personal vehicle. I quickly looked for a place to get assistance. I found Bay Area Tire plug online because they were the closest tire place at that time. This place is a hidden gem!!!! I pulled up to the place and asked for assistance. The manager assessed this situation and we agreed to get all four tires replaced. Great call on his part. He stated that is was going to take 30-40 mins. They did it, wheel balanced and all, in 22 mins!!!! Awesome!!!!!! They even game me one of the tires that was still in good shape to use as a future spare. They even offered snacks , something to drink, and car air fresheners. Great customer service!!!!!I can't tell you how much I appreciate them....the manager and his employee. They were pumped to get the job done that quick!!!!! I was able to get back to delivering my Amazon packages and stay on schedule!!!!! Before going down there, call them up and make an appointment. Discuss with them what you need and if they have it in stock. I was lucky they were not busy!!!!!

I am so happy I came here! The owner responded to me the day of and made me an appt the following day. He was honest about all of his pricing and explained the whole process. He had a nice waiting area and even gave me a red bull to take to work. All in all he was professional and my car feels like new! He also gave me a complementary air freshener which was very kind. Thank you again.

This place was a recommendation from a mechanic I know and I'm glad I stopped by here. They got me in with no appointment and was quick and professional. Best part about tire plug is they are transparent with all their pricing and service and give you a range of options to choose from. With each recommendation comes years of knowledge behind the products. They really know what they're doing here.
