Advanced Pure Water Systems

After getting some quotes decided to go with advance even tho their quote was higher. Awni responded quickly and gave me a lot of information explain how the job would be done and how it will look. He sent the plumber within the week. Plumber arrived looked around and started working had some issues shutting down the water and then told me they didn't gave him a part. He needed to go buy it at Home Depot. He came back and started working again when he got to programming the system he didn't seem to know how it worked and had to call someone to walk him through the Settings, which did not make me feel very comfortable and now I'm worried it's not programmed correctly. Then he went to the kitchen to install the reverse osmosis under my kitchen sink made a hole on the kitchen sink to install the faucet and he seem to be in a hurry, as soon as he was done, he said it's done you can talk to whoever regarding the payment and left with no information given to me or Manuel or anything was explained to me about the system. He also left a mess everywhere drill dust from my stainless steel sink and I had to pick up and soldering residue in the garage. I was told I drain valve will run by the edges of the garage to the washer drain and that the installer was really good about making it look good but after the job was done it look like a child did it all over the place. I said I didn't like how that looked but said that my garage has a million turns and thing and that was the best they can do. At that point I knew I made a mistake but that's on me. I should have done more research. Will look for another company for yearly maintenance. I gave it 3 stars since everything seems to be working.

Got to know about Advanced Pure Water through my neighbor and called Awni to discuss about water softener. Awni was very responsive and came home to talk more about my needs. He looked at plumbing and kitchen layout and told me the plan. The plumber (Miguel) came home after few days and installed the system within few hours. Miguel was very knowledgable and friendly and answered few of my Qs. There was a minor issue of noise coming from RO drain pipe Awni came to see it next day and got it fixed within few days. Overall, experience was great and i would highly recommend this company and Awni for water softener and RO work.

NO RESPONSE? I had my water softener & RO system installed by this company 6 months ago. Have been trying to call them to change my RO filter multiple times, left them voicemail and texts but no reply. Had a good impression of them, after sales support is just sad. Wouldn't recommend them anymore.

Its a quite disappointing that we have been trying to reach Mitch for weeks to schedule the annual maintenance and filter change, but couldnt get any response. We kept on calling the main number listed for business but no one answered. We understand that things can be packed but at least get your customers scheduled if youre honest business and plan to keep your original promise to your customers.
