Love the Newporter Apartments. They have all the amenities and comforts you could ever need or want. It is a quiet safe environment and the staff handles issues in a quick timely matter. So blessed to call this place my forever home.

As soon as we walked into the office we were welcomed by Terry with so much joy! She is very helpful and helped us immediately with all of our questions and even took us on a quick walk through with a smile on her face even walking in the heat. the complex is very clean and I appreciate the peace. we now live in the complex and we are so happy to call Newporter apartments home! Thank you for being great!

The best bank for your buck here in Fresno! Nothing but a great experience living here and I tell all my friends about Newporter. Apartments that feel like houses! Large open rooms and backyards and attached garages, they have everything!

I have lived here for a long time. My children grew up in this complex and it has always felt like home. Each unit feels like a separate home. My family of 4 has plenty of space. I love having a garage to park our vehicles in, along with storage space. It is a small and quiet complex. Many of the tenants have lived here for extended periods of time so we know and look out for each other. I would absolutely recommend the Newporter to anyone.
