Heron pointe apartment townhomes are the worse apartment in FRESNO California to live a normal life .Every day there a buzzing humming sound vibration through out my apartment imagine so strong it hurt your body its overwhelming fora human to live like this I call heron pointe , train passes you can hear it in the fireplace even if it idleing i can hear it in the vents birds chirping in the oven vent so gross !: i email nothing ! They say they knock on my door lies after lies these employees are straight up evil dont care for nobody just getting a check not help residents. I was getting headaches I never got headaches every day hissing sound comes from vent smells like chemical ,blanket get damp the rug in one bedroom damp if walk around apartment will get shock in the bed room kitchen by the fire place shock no hot water .imagine texting calling emails and nothing get fix no water,pressure water leave hair dirty the watersmell like skunk leaves hand reddish also walking around apartment feet turn reddish put tennis shoe the dampness burn my feet of what ever is making damp imagine buy new clothes blanket and they get damp you can't even use blankets because it's damp .oh the office will be nice once move in good luck
