I would give zero stars if I can. This property management is doing illegal things. They moved me in in an incredibly sketchy way. No seeing the place and everything, but since I needed to move I'm like wth cant be that bad right? Well moving out, everything was exactly like the before pictures and nothing was wrong. They are illegally charging me 800$ for NORMAL wear and tear which is against California law! Truly terrible management! Don't ever support them nor go to them, Dispicable Disgusting management :(

Our landlord switched to Fox Property a few years ago. We have called maintenance and they always sent someone to fix the issues. The staff is always friendly on the phone and Chris is personable and prompt. We are notified of rent increases two months in advanced and are always given the option for a one year contract. Weve had good experiences and are grateful for Chris and her staff.
