Saw they had a 3 bedroom 2 bath for$1600 available for December 1st. We called and they said it was first come first serve and that we could see the apt. When we got there, we gave the application fee and the $800 holding deposit fee to take the apt off of the market. The lady walked us to the apt and only showed us the front door! She then told us to come back tomorrow so she could show us a 2 bedroom 1 bath since it would be sort of similar to how the 3 bedroom was going to look. I asked her about the viewing of the 2 bedroom the next day and she said she could not show it because it was unavailable??? That was our fault for giving them the application fee without actually seeing the apartment, but we were so eager especially after telling us it was first come first served. The First come first serve is just to take money for the application fee! Update: that is simply not true, we did not get any info except how much the apartment would cost then you said it could possibly go up depending on how much the carpet cost and that was after we gave you the money and was already signing the forms. But like I said, that was our fault and you still never showed us any of the apts like you said you would.
