Mr. Gist is absolutely amazing. He returned my phone call when I was inquiring about bankruptcy and he answered all my questions. Consultation went great and I was a bit saddened that he no longer does chapter 13. He did however have a recommendation as to who I can see that can help me. He was very polite, knowledgeable and very understanding.

This review is long overdue. But, I wanted to convey what an amazing experience I had in speaking with John Gist. I had called about my 94 year old father who had a problem with a creditor for a car lease. He took the time to explain all of my options. He walked me through step by step of what we could and should do. I have known many attorneys, but I have never encountered one who showed such genuine care and interest in helping. I am still working on helping my dad. But, I am so grateful to John for his advice. And, should I need him in the future, I would not hesitate to call him again for any legal needs.

Today, Mr. Gist assisted me with a matter that was out of his jurisdiction. He did not hesitate after patiently listening to my story. He went out of his way to give me advice and a list of steps to take to secure a favorable outcome. It made me feel empowered knowing that I had tools and resources to use and it took away the hopeless feeling I had when I called. He specializes in bankruptcy matters. I hope that I'll never need his service but if I do, I'll know who to call. He is a compassionate man that will actively listen to your problem and will give sound advice on how to fix it.

Talks to much, does not get to the point, waste of time he will have you his office for hours.
