Bail Hotline Bail Bonds

I'm very disappointed with this place. I let them know my brother was murdered and he is no longer alive to pay the bail. I called their financial department as instructed to see if they could help me in some kind of way and they didn't give a damn and still want their monthly payments. I let them know that the balance of the bail is a little over $17,000 and what do we Do. I let them know, it's a hardship on my family because my brother didn't have insurance and his funeral expenses were $11,600. I get it, thats not their problem, so that was understood. I asked is there some kind of deal we can work out ans the lady said i can pay $5000 this week and $5000 in 2 more weeks and im like maam, did you not hear me say we have a funeral to pay for and we dont have that kind of money. Like, dude, really! How can a dead man pay???? That's beyond me! They hit me with the "well unfortunately" blah-blah-blah line. The people inside the downtown office, though, are very nice. Imo, bail bonds places are a rip off and they prey on the poor! I don't recommend this place at all to anyone.

HORRIBLE experience. There was a woman on partners case who was very friendly and nice. But then I would call to get updates and they passed me to this man who was mansplaining how credit worked and was trying to force me to co-sign after i already expressed multiple times that i didnt want too. In the beginning the agents told me my boyfriend would need $500 to put down to make bail but after I got the money together they changed what they said and said they would have to have me co-sign. HORRIBLE bail bond place, do NOT go with them.

I have to say bail hotline WITH JHONNY has been the best experience. JHONNY HAS GONE ABOVE AND BEYOND FOR ALL MY FAMILY SINCE 2008. It doesnt matter the time or day. I send him the info and hes on it sending me a message that the bail has been posted within 24hrs and no need to leave the house to go sign paperwork in the office. Everything is online now. HE HAS THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE, HE IS FAST, AND HE IS HONEST. I dont call no one else for help but jhonny. THANK YOU JHONNY!! I RECOMMEND JHONNY TO EVERYONE. NO MORE STRESS JHONNY WILL GET THE JOB DONE!!!
